What Must Be Accomplished Prior to Final Payment

1. A signed copy of the sales agreement at time of deposit.
2. Within 1 week of a deposit being put down on your puppy, your pre-Screening Questionnaire completed and returned to me.
3. A signed copy of the Health Warranty, and advance payment on transporting the puppy.
4. We offer delivery services to our customers that are in the southeastern US and more than 50 miles away.  This includes in and out of state customers. Feel free to email us for a delivery fee to your area.
5. As of 1 Oct 07, we offer shipping to select areas of the eastern through the midwest US at a rate of $275.00. This costs is in addition to your puppy price and includes airline ticket, travel crate, insurance, and overnight shipping of your puppy pack with UPS.

Misc. Puppy Purchase Information: I will run a public records search on any interested party to ensure that there have been no charges for animal abuse or neglect against you. I will only be looking for this type of thing; I'm not interested in a seatbelt ticket, etc. This may seem a bit invasive, but I care about my babies and who is going to be buying them. Also, when your puppy goes home with you, he or she will be paper trained and have two weeks of house training under his or her belt. Not to imply that the puppy will be housebroken, but it will understand the concept.
In addition to your puppy package, your puppy will have its dewclaws removed, 3 dewormings, first set of shots (includes bortadella and parainfluenza), one year health guarantee and a Certificate of Health as required by the state of Florida. After we have received your deposit, and the puppy is of appropriate age, you are invited to participate in our puppy visitation program.

Spay/Neuter Situations: As a breeder, it is one of my responsibilities to look at the best interest of the breed; therefore, I will require a spay or neuter as part of the sales agreement on some occasions. Examples of these are: 1. A potential buyer already has a unaltered dapple (that they are not willing to alter and provide proof prior to a completed sale) and is wanting to purchase a second dapple of the opposite sex from me, or 2. If a brother and sister are purchased. In these cases, the puppy being altered will sold with limited CKC registration.

Deposit and Payment Information: There is a $150 deposit for puppies that are $500 or less. There is a $200 deposit for puppies over $500. Deposits are non- refundable unless the puppy is determined unfit for sale while in my care. Your deposit can be made in cash, check, money order, or PayPal. No personal checks will be accepted for final payment. Final payment is due by the time your puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. I also offer quantity discounts if you buy more than one puppy, or are a repeat customer. 

Waiting Lists: I do not have puppies all the time. If you are interested in buying a puppy from me, please feel free to contact me via phone or email. If you are sending an email or leaving a message, please include a full name, phone number, email address if you prefer to be contacted via email, the sex, color(s), and coat in which you would like. I do ask that you please notify me if you change your mind about an interest in one of my puppies. PLEASE NOTE: Being added to this list does not obligate you to buy. Once a pregnancy has been confirmed I will contact you with info about each parent (sometimes I use outside males). After the litter is born, I notify you again if we got what you wanted or provide you with alternatives. Then we go from there.
