Rosie is our altered (spay) wire hair wildboar dapple female recessively
carrying black and tan and a single e. She weighs 9 pounds, and also goes by Cookie Monster and Gizmo (like the
movie Gremlins). Her favorite hangouts are a lap or the fence line commencing war on the squirrels. She also loves getting
hand stripped each month; she is such a charmer for the groomer that she wants to buy her! She is quite a character and
full of surprises. In light of Rosie being a young adult when we bought her, her breeder wanted to stay updated with
how she was adjusting. The following is one email excerpt that I believe speaks more for her personality than anything else
I can say.
<< The
war of the squirrels started today. It was almost a sneak attack and defeat against Rosie. One jumped into
the tree to lure her out. After she was barking, they all came (at least 5 of them). It was very funny because they would
run around the tree taunting her to follow and she was going nuts. Rosie defended her territory until the end.
